Pulled Chicken Tikka Masala Parcel: Shredded chicken marinated in a masala sauce & gift-wrapped in a homemade chapati
Indian Chilli Paneer: Batons of Indian cottage cheese tossed with spring onions and peppers in a sticky sweet sauce
Black Pepper Chicken Tikka: Diced chicken breast sprinkled with ginger, salt, pepper and cooked in a clay oven
Saag Baubles: Spinach and potato pieces rolled together with turmeric
Lamb Samosa: Santa’s pastry pockets filled with lightly spiced minced lamb
Punjabi Chicken Lollipop: Tamarind dipped chicken served on the bone
Mango-nog: An Indian version of eggnog using mango, cream and nutmeg
Festive Carrot Cake: Traditional carrot cake made with cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut and carrots, iced with a citrus cream cheese and holly topping
